Saving data in SQAAF Portal...
- All affiliated schools applying for upgradation/extension of affiliation from the Session 2023-2024, will have to mandatorily undertake SQAAF at the time of applying along with the Part A of the online affiliation form.
- The score of self-assessment will not impact the affiliation/application for the extension/upgradation of affiliation in any manner.
- The school should have valid self-assessment report at the time of submitting application for upgradation/extension of affiliation.
- In case the school is selected for physical quality review under random sampling of 5% cases, this will not impact the processing/grant of extension of affiliation / upgradation to the school.

Schools which would be selected for physical quality review under random sampling of 5% cases:
- would be duly notified.
- would be required to upload the supporting documents against the domains/sub-domains/standards.
- would be required to get the physical quality review by the team of experts appointed by the Board.
- The team of experts would submit its physical quality review report to the Board which would be duly shared with/visible to the school on the SQAAF Portal.
- Any affiliated school can also voluntary undertake self-assessment on the SQAAF Portal.
